Please do not use the main surgery number to order repeat prescriptions as they are often busy dealing with patients at the surgery.

*Points to note when you call prescription line.

It is often difficult for the receptionists to accurately identify which medicines you need when patients order by phone. This is because many people don’t know the names of their medication. Therefore when you order your repeat medication using prescription line you must be able to tell us the name and the strength of the medication you require. Please have your last medication update list (the white side of your last prescription) to hand when you call the surgery. You will be asked to call back if you do not have this information and this may delay the issue of your medication.
