We make every effort to give the best service possible to everyone who attends our practice.
However, we are aware that things can go wrong resulting in a patient feeling that they have a genuine cause for complaint. If this is so, we would wish for the matter to be settled as quickly, and as amicably, as possible.
To pursue a complaint either...
- Fill out our online complaints form
- Give our reception team a call on 0114 266 8265 who will complete a complaints form on your behalf.
- Attend in person with your complaint written down with your contact details on.
- Download our complaints form and hand it in at reception.
We will acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days.
